general Info

1. ° Reference image must be provided upon commissioning. Additional preferences regarding pose, expression, lighting, additional elements, etc. should be provided as well when applicable.
If reference images cannot be provided, a description may be accepted, but an additional fee may be charged for arrangement of the design.2. ° Low-res WIP images and updates may be provided upon request. Client will not otherwise be updated on commission status unless I deem it appropriate.3. ° REVISIONS : Light revisions may be requested, to a limited extent, with no additional charge. Heavy revisions are subject to additional charges. In the event that I, the artist, draw something incorrectly when I’d been provided with the correct information through visual reference, I will revise the error free of charge.

4. ° Payment will be provided up front, in USD, through Paypal or Ko-Fi. Any other payment method or schedule must be discussed at the beginning of the commission process.5. ° All prices listed are for personal use only. For commercial commissions, please refer to the appropriate section.6. ° Listed prices are only a baseline. Extremely complicated or specific backgrounds, designs, or other additional elements may be subject to further charges as I see fit.7. ° REFUNDS : Refunds will not be offered unless I, the artist, believe I will not be able to meet reasonable standards for quality and delivery time, or otherwise wish to cancel the commission.8. ° CURRENCY CONVERSION : Client is responsible for making sure the payment amount is correct in USD. Differences of less than ~$5 may be ignored.

9. ° Delivery time may vary depending on current queue and complexity of commission. Priority for commissions may be negotiated with an additional rush charge.10. ° Finished artwork will be delivered through primary source of communication used throughout the commission process unless otherwise requested.11. ° Product will only be delivered digitally. Artwork may not be used for prints or other physical products unless given permission by the artist. These items are not permitted to be sold or otherwise used commercially.12. ° The artist is not responsible for loss of commissioned artwork after delivery.

personal and commercial use

13. ° Prices listed are for personal use only. For commercial commissions, intended use of the product must be discussed with the artist prior to commissioning.14. ° For commissions intended for light commercial use (e.g. social media branding for monetized platforms) will generally be priced at 1.5x the listed rates. I, the artist, reserve the right to determine the exact amont on a case-by-case basis.15. ° Commissions may not be reproduced and/or sold by any means. For inquires about commissions intended specifically for this use, please contact the artist. These commissions will be subject to higher rates based on the intended use.

copyright and usage

16. ° The artist retains full and exclusive rights to the commissioned artwork, including but not limited to:- Claiming the commissioned piece as their own work.
- Displaying the commissioned work in portfolios, on websites, across social media platforms, etc.
- Modifying and editing the commissioned piece.17. ° Commissions are to be used for personal purposes only unless agreed upon otherwise with the artist. Clients and other parties are prohibited from:- Claiming the commissioned piece as their own work.
- Using the artwork for any commercial, direct, or indirect profit-making purposes.
- Utilizing the artwork for the promotion of goods, services, or social media pages.
- Using the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, such as NFTs.
- Reproducing the artwork for merchandise.
- Modifying, editing, or repurposing the commissioned piece, except for resizing and cropping.18. ° Clients are permitted to:Repost the artwork online provided that proper credit is given. If you intend to post the artwork publicly, please upload either the watermarked version provided or your own watermarked version. Do not post the original file publicly.
